Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Fees for searches or third-party services that have already been initiated, incurred, or completed may be non-refundable. Contact It’s Mee promptly if you believe a payment was made in error.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships may be canceled before the next renewal date to prevent future recurring charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges or third-party screening costs already incurred.

Clients must use screening services only for lawful, permissible purposes and provide any required authorization or consent. Service availability, searches, turnaround times, and third-party fees may vary by screening provider and jurisdiction.

Privacy & Data Handling

It’s Mee does not request Social Security numbers, full driver-license numbers, passwords, or payment-card details by ordinary email. Sensitive screening information should be provided only through an approved secure screening workflow. Payment information is processed by the selected payment provider.
